POSITION:- EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
WORK EXPERIENCE: 4+ YEARS
SHIFT:- NORMAL SHIFT ( WORK FROM OFFICE )
LOCATION : Lower Parel
CTC:- UPTO 4.80 LPA
NOTICE PERIOD:- IMMEDIATE OR 30 DAYS
Roles Responsibilities
• Prepare all exports/imports documents within required time frame on WORD/ EXCEL (like approval of checklist, making export invoice and packing list, etc.).
• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders Shipping Agents regarding shipments. Handling Export documents and submission to Banks DGFT, etc
• Application for Certificate of Origin-DGFT, IMC, BL instruction. Follow-up with CHA/Forwarder for ETD, ETA, Bill of Lading Checking Freight Bill. Checking BL Draft, Checklist
• Checking E-BRC on daily basis.
• Coordination with Banks and internal team for the completion of related works and follow-up.
• Check EGM status of the shipment on daily basis.
• Check Freight bill inform accounts team to release payment inform the same.
