Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Import Documentation specialist to join our company. The candidate will have good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft excel, and strong capabilities in email drafting and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:*

⁠ ⁠Prepare and manage import documentation for shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to coordinate and monitor shipment progress.

⁠ ⁠Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track and report shipment data, costs, and other relevant information.

⁠ ⁠Draft, review, and manage email communications professionally and efficiently.

⁠ ⁠Handle any issues related to import documentation and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

⁠ ⁠Gender: Female candidates only.

⁠ ⁠Experience: Previous experience in import/export documentation or related fields is preferred.

⁠ ⁠Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.

- Strong email drafting skills, with attention to detail and clarity.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Day shift
