We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Import Documentation specialist to join our company. The candidate will have good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft excel, and strong capabilities in email drafting and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:*
Prepare and manage import documentation for shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to coordinate and monitor shipment progress.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track and report shipment data, costs, and other relevant information.
Draft, review, and manage email communications professionally and efficiently.
Handle any issues related to import documentation and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
Gender: Female candidates only.
Experience: Previous experience in import/export documentation or related fields is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Strong email drafting skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
