Export Import Manager | Bundi

We are currently seeking an experienced Export & Import Manager to join our team. As an Export & Import Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's export and import operations across India. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to optimize export and import processes. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and customs requirements. • Manage and coordinate the movement of goods between international suppliers, warehouses, and customers. • Negotiate and manage contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other service providers. • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays. • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to export and import activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient coordination and communication. • Stay updated with industry trends, changes in regulations, and market conditions. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Export & Import Manager or similar role. • In-depth knowledge of export and import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation. • Strong understanding of international trade practices and logistics. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Proficient in using relevant software and tools. • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Additional certifications in export and import management are a plus.
