Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Export Sales Manager at Pawan Agro Industries Bharatpur, located in Jaipur with flexibility for remote work. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's footprint in international markets, as well as managing relationships with global customers and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Role could be hybrid either on site or off site depending on the person and requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the agricultural implements field
Experience with export regulations, customs, and logistics
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and partners
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with familiarity with other CRM and project management tools
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
