We are looking for hospitality leaders across Victoria, who will lead from the front and oversee daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.

Restaurant Manager - Full time, permanent position
Assistant Manager - Full time, permanent position

A passion for delivering exceptional Guest Service – every time!
Understanding of food safety and the importance it plays in a restaurant
A current RSA certificate and/or Barista training (desirable, not essential)
High-energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
