Reporting: Founder
Experience: 5Y+ leader role in an Agency or Brand driving performance campaigns.
Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field.

We are seeking individual to join our thriving agency as a Digital Ad Specialist / Performance Marketing
Qualifications:
1) Google Ads (Search, Display YouTube, Retargeting, Shopping),
2) Bing Search,
3) Facebook Ad Platform, and/or
4) LinkedIn Ad platform
Skills :Good command over Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV 360 , Native Platforms.Core understanding of SMM & Facebook Ads & Paid Marketing Tools
Must Have:5 yrs + SMM/Paid Marketing experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
· Should have a good understanding of all other Google tools like Google Analytics, tag manager, web search console
Responsibilities:
• End to end campaign management from forecasting to executing, monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum leads)
• Manage all campaigns of Facebook Ads Experts
• Train team to conduct keyword research and optimize the campaigns.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business
• Optimize the ad copy, landing pages for the best lead quality.Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving performance.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
• Create Monthly , Quaterly performance reports
• Build on an existing level of search engine marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behavior and recommend improvements.
Timings: 10am -7pm, 5 days working (Saturdays as per work)
