Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing agency in Pune. As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing Facebook advertising campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our team of digital marketers and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Facebook advertising strategies for our clients
• Conduct research on target audiences and competitor campaigns to inform ad targeting and messaging
• Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, images, and targeting options
• Monitor and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to maximize performance and ROI
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging ad copy and visuals
• Stay up-to-date with Facebook ad trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with them on campaign performance and strategy
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
