Job Description
• · Develop, implement, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns that align with the company’s goals and business objectives.
• · Plan and execute strategic ad campaigns for product promotions, lead generation, and brand awareness, Conversion Ads.
• · Set up and manage Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor to create and optimize campaigns.
• · Setup Meta pixel for Conversion Ads with accurate tracking.
2. Audience Targeting & Research:
• · Conduct thorough audience research to identify key demographics and interests.
• · Create custom and lookalike audiences to ensure campaigns reach the right customer segments.
• · Test various audience groups through A/B testing to identify the best-performing sets.
3. Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
• · Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
• · Use data-driven insights to make real-time adjustments to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• · Analyse competitor campaigns to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
4. Creative Collaboration:
• · Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives, including engaging copy, graphics, and videos.
• · Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, images, and audiences to identify top-performing assets.
• · Ensure that all ads are visually appealing and consistent with brand identity.
• · Video Quality Check for optimum performance of Ad.
5. Reporting & Insights:
• · Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
• · Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track and report on campaign performance.
• · Stay updated with Facebook’s latest features, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
6. Budget Planning & Strategy:
• · Plan campaign budgets, create offers, and execute strategies to optimize ad spend and performance.
• · Scale ad campaigns to achieve higher revenue, improve lead generation, and enhance client satisfaction.
• · Identify opportunities like Festivels, special Days for pramotion.
7. Quality Assurance:
• · Have a keen eye for identifying mistakes and errors in campaigns and offer solutions.
• · Maintain a learning attitude and willingness to experiment with new approaches and techniques.
8. Collaboration & Coordination:
• · Work closely with guests for video scheduling, podcast coordination, and other social media initiatives.
• · Provide insights to the team based on competitive research and analysis of digital marketing trends.
• · Collaborate with different teams such as graphic designers, web developers, and content writers to align marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• · Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing.
• · Should be able to setup and run Conversion Ads with meta pixel.
• · Should be able to identify winning Ads, and able to scale the Ads.
• · Experience of minimum 5 lakh+ Ad spends in last 6 Months in Ads.
• · Graduation with a marketing background is preferred.
• · Relevant courses in social media/digital marketing to support knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
