About the Role
Honeywell is seeking a Facilities Administrator to provide critical administrative support to our EGRP team in Kalgoorlie . This role ensures smooth operations, compliance with contract deliverables, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administration support to the EGRP team.
Assist the Facility Manager to achieve 100% compliance with contract requirements.
Prepare and manage operational reports to monitor KPIs.
Coordinate and oversee minor works with customers and internal teams.
Manage financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and aged debt.
Allocate work orders using Honeywell and customer systems.
Maintain OH&S registers and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Support procurement and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Year 12 or TAFE qualifications.
5+ years experience in site coordination or similar roles.
Strong administration and financial experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and proactive approach.

Additional Requirements
This role requires the ability to pass criminal history checks, maintain AGSVA clearance (NV1 or higher), and comply with drug/alcohol testing and medical assessments.
