• Organize filing systems for important and confidential documents
• Answer employee and client queries, providing timely and accurate responses
• Maintain a company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Meet the requirements of employers and office staff
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
