What this opportunity involves:

JLL is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator/Administrator to support the efficient operation of two commercial Sydney sites and manage financial aspects of the AUS portfolio for a large Banking client. This role is crucial for soft and hard service delivery while maintaining a safe, functional, and pleasant work environment.

An overview of the role:

Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations across both Sydney sites
Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance
Provide finance administration support for the AUS portfolio
Assist with monthly reporting and attend vendor meetings
Support retail Facilities Managers with administrative tasks

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Corporate Office environment
Facilities support experience preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail
Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills
