What this job involves:
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our tech client in Sydney! You’ll play a key role in the upkeep and management of the facilities, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Please note this role requires 100% on-site presence, the client’s office is based in central Sydney.
A snapshot of the role:
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate admin tasks for the facilities activities
Oversee repair and maintenance programs, ensuring timely resolution of service requests
Conduct facility inspections and maintain accurate records
Monitor and prioritise work ticket queues to ensure efficient response times
Coordinate and assist with office relocations, space reconfigurations, and move activities
Contribute to monthly reporting processes and supporting the documentation requirements
