Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including preparing and painting in a clean and safe manner
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify areas needing maintenance and repair work
• Install and repair security locks, equipment, and heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Perform carpentry work, including hanging doors, repairing windows, furniture, etc.
