About the Role
Infinite Aged Care is a leading provider of residential aged care services with a strong presence in Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead our facility maintenance team in Southeast Queensland and Northern Queensland.
This is a full-time role that requires the ability to travel, and a current driver's license and car are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the maintenance staff to ensure all policies and procedures are maintained.
Oversee the maintenance reports and ensure ongoing communication with the National Property Manager.
Ensure buildings are maintained in accordance with required standards through the implementation of a preventative maintenance program.
Provide an efficient response to breakdown maintenance issues by liaising with the Facility Manager and coordinating contractors or service providers as necessary.
Identify building, plant, and equipment upgrades required to meet standards, including Building Certification standards, and initiate upgrades in liaison with the National Property Manager.
Provide advice regarding maintenance requirements and suitability of proposed equipment purchases.
Coordinate and participate in after-hours emergency maintenance services.
