Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our learning centers in the assigned location. This role ensures that each facility functions smoothly, providing a clean, safe, and efficient environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the assigned learning center.
Ensure classrooms, offices, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage facility-related inventory (furniture, stationery, utilities) and procurement needs.
Support classroom setups and ensure timely availability of resources for educators and students.
Monitor utilities and infrastructure (lighting, air-conditioning, internet, etc.) for uninterrupted service.
Handle minor repairs and escalate technical issues to concerned vendors or authorities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the premises.
Assist in organizing events, seminars, and student programs by coordinating facility requirements.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports on facility usage, maintenance, and expenditures.
Key Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably in an EdTech, education, or service-based organization.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility management tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally within the city for multiple center management if required.
