Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for hiring and laying off employees & planning.
Candidate will need to do Appraisals, manage salaries and wages, schedule, communicate and handle all issues related to employees at every level.
Making HR Policies, Industrial Relation, Joining Formalities and Full and Final Settlements.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Provide training to employees on safe usage of machinery, other health measures.
Liaising with Govt. Departments for maintaining factory compliance related to Factory license, Pollution certification, etc.
Conduct Statutory, Buyer Specific and Social and security audits like SA8000, CT-PAT,etc.
He should have basic computer skills like Word / Excel and good spoken English
