Senior Human Resource Manager Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Factory HR Manager to join our team.
This role requires ownership, maturity, and the ability to manage a large workforce in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire their team members, and have a strong understanding of human resources best practices.
• Lead complete HR operations at the factory (200–400+ workforce)
• Ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding & induction for factory roles
• Design manpower planning, shift management & daily workforce deployment
• Maintain strict compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act & statutory audits
• Handle grievance resolution, counselling & disciplinary actions
• Drive training programs, skill enhancement sessions & safety workshops
• Oversee attendance system, leave management & payroll coordination
• Maintain strong coordination between Factory Management & Corporate HR
• Lead engagement activities that boost employee morale & retention
