Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at ANA DesignWorX Pvt. Ltd. located in Faridabad. The Factory Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, ensure quality control, and coordinate between different departments. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring safety regulations are met, and maintaining inventory levels. The Factory Manager will also be responsible for optimising workflows and production efficiency to meet company goals.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Project Management and managing factory operations
• Skills in Architectural & Interior Design.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in manufacturing of Fixture / furniture
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field
