Are you passionate about customer service and looking to be part of a fun, fast-paced environment? We’re on the hunt for a friendly, reliable Shop Assistant to join our Kaiapoi team.
As our Shop Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Kaiapoi Factory Shop. You’ll create positive experiences for customers while helping keep the shop well-stocked, tidy, and operating efficiently.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors - friendly, helpful, and always professional.
Rotating inventory, and replenishing shelves.
Operate Eftpos/till systems accurately and efficiently.
Keep the shop clean, tidy, and safe - maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Promote Hellers' values and culture in all interactions.
What You'll Bring:
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Eftpos/till systems is a plus.
Strong physical ability for lifting and restocking.
A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
