• Job Title: Faculty - Digital MarketingDepartment: Marketing/BusinessLocation: Suresh Gyan Vihar University (RV66+2X3, Gyan Vihar Marg, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017)Position
• Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:The Faculty in Digital Marketing is responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for students. The role includes developing and teaching courses in digital marketing, conducting research, and contributing to the academic community through service activities.Key Responsibilities:Teaching:Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses in digital marketing, including topics such as social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, online advertising, analytics, and e-commerce.Prepare course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and assessments.Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning.Advise and mentor students on academic and career goals.Stay current with trends and developments in digital marketing to ensure the curriculum is relevant and up-to-date.Research:Conduct original research in the field of digital marketing.Publish findings in reputable academic journals and present at conferences.Seek external funding and grants to support research activities.Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects.Service:Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.Engage in professional development activities to stay current in the field.Contribute to the development and improvement of the digital marketing program.Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations.
• Qualifications:Education:A Ph.D. or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (, a masters degree with significant industry experience may be considered.)Experience:Proven experience in teaching digital marketing courses at the college or university level.A strong record of research and scholarly activities.Practical experience in digital marketing is highly desirable.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.Ability to engage and inspire students.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners.
