· Design and deliver engaging courses related to UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and tools.
· Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
· Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their projects and assignments.
· Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Curriculum Development:
· Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments, to reflect industry standards and emerging trends.
· Integrate hands-on projects and real-world case studies into the curriculum to enhance practical skills and industry readiness.
· Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure coherence and alignment across related courses within the program.
Mentorship and Advising:
· Serve as a mentor and advisor to students pursuing projects, internships, and career opportunities in UX/UI design.
· Provide guidance on portfolio development, job search strategies, and professional networking within the UX/UI industry.
Research and Scholarship:
· Engage in scholarly activities, such as conducting research, publishing papers, and presenting at conferences, related to UX/UI design.
· Explore grant opportunities and partnerships to support research initiatives and interdisciplinary collaborations.
· Contribute to the academic reputation and visibility of the institution through scholarly contributions in the field.
Industry Engagement:
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals, organizations, and employers in the UX/UI field.
· Facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and networking events featuring industry experts and practitioners.
· Identify internship and job placement opportunities for students and assist in connecting them with relevant industry partners.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our senior as a User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and developing curriculum in the field of UX/UI design, as well as contributing to the academic and professional growth of our students. This position offers the opportunity to engage in innovative methods, collaborate with industry partners, and participate in research activities within the UX/UI domain.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related discipline.
Proven professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles, research methods, and prototyping tools.
Previous teaching experience at the college or university level, with a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and industry partners.
