Job Description
The Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine supports the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations with a focus on authentic and contemporary Italian dishes. Responsible for maintaining high food quality, consistency, and presentation standards in line with Palace policies.
Ensure food quality, hygiene (HACCP), and portion control standards.
Assist in menu planning, costing, and inventory management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and smooth kitchen operations during service.
4–6 years' experience in Italian cuisine within a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
