Job Summary

Experience in Pediatrics, Home Care, or Hospital settings is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients to diagnose medical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
Provide acute care services as required, including pain management strategies.
Collect and analyze data related to patient health outcomes and treatment efficacy.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
Experience in Pediatrics, Medical Office settings, or Home Care is preferred.
Proficient in data collection methods and electronic health record systems (Epic).
Strong skills in medication administration and acute care practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the medical field.
