Welcome and assist guests in the restaurant, banquet, or F&B outlets.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Ensure proper table setup, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Supervise service staff (for Captain role) to maintain service standards.
• Handle guest complaints politely and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies.
