Duties
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed, including moving supplies and equipment.
Assist with cattle, and harvesting crops.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm area.
Monitor cattle health and report any issues to management.
Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and crop planning.
Skills
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment is a bonus
Experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the day.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with farm machinery operations and maintenance practices.
Basic math skills for managing farm-related calculations.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
