Job Description
Key Functions:
• Data Management: Record and maintain accurate data on bird count, mortality, feed consumption, egg production, and other critical metrics.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels for feed, medication, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
• Vendor Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with feed suppliers, veterinary service providers, and other external vendors.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all farm activities, including health logs, financial transactions, and operational procedures.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields, and 1-3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in the agriculture or farming sector, are required. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential.
