Job Description
Opportunity available on a on a a cow calf operation NW of Olds for a candidate with experience with cattle and equipment.
A variety of responsibilities from livestock handling, calving, processing, herd health, feeding, general maintenance, fencing, field work, haying, cultivating, to various duties in the daily routines of a farming - ranching operation.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a farming or ranching environment
Knowledge of animal husbandry and livestock care techniques
Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with farm machinery
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
Valid driver's license and ability to operate farm vehicles
Working in a team environment along with being able to work independently are key attributes.
