Salary structure - 20000 to 25000 ctc
Added Bonus - Monthly Sales and Target Incentive Bonuses.
Performance-based Salary Growth - is given every 6 months and is evaluated with a set PMS -Performance Measurement System.
Training Sessions - Store policies, Product knowledge-related training, Client relations training, SOPs and added sales tools.
We do promote candidates internally.
Core Reponsiblites
Client Relationship - Assisting clients, updating clients about offers and policies, sharing product knowledge and engaging them in positive conversations.
Sales - Making sales, achieving sales targets, Cross and up-selling, maintaining outflow of qty, maintaining average bill value, managing and recording walk-in and trail room conversions.
After-Sales service - Pick up updates, Alteration follow-ups, noting customer feedback, handling sales/product-related issues.
Floor management - arranging products in a presentable way, steaming of products, security tagging, back stock management, inward and outward stock and stock counting.
Qualification Requirements
Confident Female - 22 - 35 years of age
Education qualifications - Graduate and above
Languages - English, Hindi and any other regional language.
Computing skills - must have the knowledge and ability to use the computer and new technology swiftly. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience - Minimum 2 years experience in retail and 1 year experience as a fashion consultant.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Have earlier worked in women's ethnic wear brands.
Live within 15km/1hr distance from the store location.
Have studied fashion.
