Key Responsibilities:
Wardrobe Curation: Assist clients in selecting and recreating wardrobes, offering expert fashion advice tailored to their personal style and preferences.
Sales Growth: Drive sales through proactive customer engagement, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that aligns with the brands goals.
Customer Service: Provide excellent front-end service by understanding client needs, recommending products, and building long-term customer relationships.
Billing & Reporting: Handle administrative tasks such as generating bills, maintaining sales records, and preparing reports to support the stores operational efficiency.
Store Management Support: Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives, ensuring smooth store operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in fashion consulting, styling, or retail fashion sales, preferably in apparel.
Education: A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
Sales & Customer Service Expertise: Proven ability in sales and delivering top-notch customer service, particularly in a retail environment.
Fashion Knowledge: Strong understanding of current fashion trends, textiles, and apparel, with experience in fashion styling.
Attention to Detail: Ability to understand client preferences and offer detailed, thoughtful wardrobe advice.
Personality: Confident, well-groomed, and able to present oneself professionally at all times.
Flexibility: Willingness to work on weekends and holidays to meet business demands.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi for effective client communication.
