Job Description Oversee the academic integrity and curriculum development of all fashion design courses. Lead and mentor a team of faculty members to ensure high-quality education and innovative teaching methodologies. Collaborate with industry professionals to keep the curriculum updated with the latest trends and techniques in fashion design. Foster an environment of creativity, critical thinking, and practical application of fashion design concepts. Responsibilities Develop and implement an academic strategy that aligns with the academy's mission and industry standards. Ensure the curriculum meets the educational standards and requirements of relevant accreditation bodies. Monitor and enhance the academic performance of students and faculty. Organise workshops, seminars, and guest lectures by industry experts. Liaise with fashion industry professionals and institutions for collaborative projects and internships for students. Manage and support faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation. Qualifications Advanced degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or related fields. Proven experience in academic leadership, preferably in fashion design education. Strong understanding of curriculum development, pedagogical theories, and industry-relevant software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative educational environment. Passion for fashion design and education with a commitment to academic excellence.
