Fashion Design and Production Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fashion Design and Production Specialist to oversee the entire garment sampling process from concept to final approval.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and select suitable fabrics and trims, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and design alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers, mills, and garment manufacturers.
• Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to develop accurate and timely samples.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, and lead times with vendors to optimize sourcing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing with a strong fashion design portfolio.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in garment sampling, fabric sourcing, vendor management and fashion designing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, textile processing, and garment construction.
• Well-established vendor network for fabrics, trims, and garment manufacturing.
