Your Role: Digital / 3D Fashion Design Technician (be the creative catalyst)
As the RTF Digital / 3D Fashion Design Technician, you'll be at the heart of this exciting innovation and fashion revolution - the magician behind the curtain - transforming fashion inspirations into perfected 3D digital garments. You'll collaborate with visionary Designers, iconic Brands, multi-door Retailers, fashion-forward Influencers and prestigious Stylist to create the next big things in fashion from both new fashion product and a new fashion Business model. This isn't just a job—it's your backstage pass to revolutionize fashion. You'll be a:
Creative Collaborator: Partnering with the brightest minds to co-create designs that set trends, not follow them and bring them to global markets in real time.
3D Tech Innovator: Utilizing cutting-edge 3D patternmaking, AI style generation, animated (photo realistic) Avatar product presentations, and remote 3D body scanning to craft fashion that's globally trend driven.
Future Fashion Tech Leader: As we scale globally, you'll have the chance to mentor and lead new talent, solidifying your place as a pioneer in fashion tech.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is a Design School graduate bursting with creativity and a passion for digital/3D fashion.
Has a deep understanding of 3D garment creation processes and isn't afraid to think outside the box.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to drive change in the fashion world.
What We Offer:
Immersive Training: Dive into a 6-day intensive training where you'll master our revolutionary platform and unleash your full potential
Career Acceleration: Initially part-time (min 3 days/week) and fast-track to full-time status within 6 months based on performance
Competitive Compensation: Salary (incl superannuation) is based - not on seniority - but purely on merit, productivity and value add to RTF through the contribution to, and the success of, RTF Clients
Working Environment: Working from City office with an experienced and supportive Team culture

Product presentation (re eComm / sales / marketing)
