The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion industry and a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills. You will be proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW, and have sound knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing.
In addition to your design skills, you will also be responsible for managing daily studio operations, including sourcing, follow-ups, and inventory tracking. You will work closely with sampling teams and vendors to execute designs and ensure timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
