Our Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate Brand Marketeer to drive brand building and organic reach. This role is pivotal in designing garments for our brand, requiring innovative design concepts that resonate with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate design concepts inspired by market trends, cultural influences, and customer feedback
Create detailed technical packs to bring designs to life, iterating and refining based on customer feedback
Research and analyse the market to monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences, and competitors
Maintain and build design team workflows to ensure designs meet style guides and quality standards
Perform daily organizational tasks, including styling, embroidery development, and sample making
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from a reputable institution (NIFT/NID/PEARL)
At least 3 years of experience as a fashion designer in Women's ethnic wear
Openness to working from our Jaipur office
Knowledge of fabrics and demonstrated experience in high-level aesthetics and creative ability
Ability to create technical packages of garments and proficiency in software such as Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Photoshop
Problem-solving approach and a hunger for learning and growth
