Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of garment construction, textile design, and current fashion trends, with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop seasonal collections in line with brand identity and market trends
Create detailed sketches and tech packs for sampling and production
Coordinate with fabric and trim vendors to source appropriate materials
Oversee sampling and ensure design accuracy and quality standards
Work closely with the production team to bring designs to life within timelines
Stay updated on market trends, emerging styles, and competitor offerings
Contribute creative ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
3–4 years of experience as a fashion designer (preferably in ethnic or Indo-western wear)
Strong illustration skills and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools
Excellent understanding of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment construction
Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
