The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, excellent technical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for developing and creating designs for our collections, as well as managing the design process from concept to production. Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments and production teams to ensure that designs are of the highest quality and adhere to our design standards.We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring a creative, fresh, and unique perspective to our brand. The ideal candidate should be a team player who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and create new fashion designs for the Eileen Fisher Inc. collections.
Manage the design process from concept to production.
Stay up to date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into the design of the collections.
Utilize excellent technical skills and an eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of design.
Collaborate with other departments and production teams to ensure designs adhere to the brand's design standards.
Maintain a creative, fresh, and unique perspective on the brand.
Remain organized and detail-oriented.
Communicate effectively and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
