Job Title: Fashion Designer – AOP Specialist (Women’s Wear)

With 40+ retail outlets and a growing digital presence, we offer a wide range of silhouettes including kurtis, dresses, co-ord sets, and more. We follow a fast fashion model , releasing fresh and trend-forward collections every few weeks—with 100 to 200+ designs dropping each month across categories.
What You’ll Do
• Design women’s wear with a strong focus on AOP (All-Over Print) integration , especially for kurtis, dresses, and everyday wear
• Create original AOPs that are commercially appealing and aligned with fabric and silhouette requirements
• Collaborate with textile, sourcing, and production teams to ensure your prints translate beautifully from digital to fabric
• Work on print development, color variations, and production-ready artwork , contributing to our fast-paced drops
• Stay updated on print and silhouette trends in both Indian and global markets
• Contribute to a team that regularly rolls out high-volume, high-impact collections across HAY’s retail network
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in fashion design, preferably within a fast fashion or retail environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing original AOPs, repeat patterns , and their application on garments
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop , and other garment rendering tools
• Familiarity with woven fabrics like cotton, rayon, viscose, etc.
• Ability to work with speed, precision, and a commercial mindset in a high-output environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
