Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing original clothing, accessories, and footwear that align with current fashion trends and brand identity. This role requires a strong sense of style, technical knowledge of fabrics and garment construction, and the ability to transform ideas into market-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and forecast fashion trends, colors, fabrics, trims, and styling.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and digital illustrations to present design concepts.
• Create and modify technical drawings, tech packs, and garment specifications.
• Select fabrics, embellishments, and patterns suitable for production.
• Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams.
• Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market positioning.
• Meet seasonal deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
