Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Fashion Designer role at Ikshaofficial (Clothing Brand) located in Jaipur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and developing clothing collections and fashion accessories, creating technical specifications for production, researching and interpreting fashion trends, overseeing the design process from conception to final product, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and brand alignment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Proven experience as a fashion designer with experience in womenswear clothing
• Demonstrated expertise in clothing design, conceptualization, prototyping, and production
• Excellent knowledge of fabrics, materials, and color palettes
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and CorelDRAW
• Ability to interpret fashion trends and incorporate them into designs
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Experience with ethical and sustainable fashion practices is a plus
