As a Fashion Designer at Ragnik, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative concepts to life. You will be responsible for designing and developing fashion collections that reflect our brand's aesthetic and meet market demands. Your expertise in creating mockups and designs using online design programs will be crucial in delivering high-quality fashion products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and create original fashion designs, from initial concept to final product.
• Produce detailed mockups and design prototypes using online design programs.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive and innovative collections.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
• Oversee the selection of fabrics, colors, and trims for each collection.
• Ensure designs are produced within budget and meet quality standards.
• Present design ideas and concepts to the creative director and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support.
