We are looking for a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to join our creative team. Key Responsibilities:• Creativity & Design Skills: Develop innovative design concepts that align with the brand's aesthetics, producing visually appealing and marketable collections.
• Fabric Knowledge & Selection: Select appropriate fabrics based on the design's requirements, understanding their textures, wearability, and comfort.
• Sketching & Technical Drawing: Create detailed sketches and technical drawings with precise measurements, seam allowances, and stitching instructions for production.
• Understanding of Production Process: Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs can be realistically and efficiently manufactured.
• Customer Preferences & Customization: Incorporate customer feedback and preferences into designs, offering options for customization when needed.
• Time Management for Collections: Plan and manage the design process to meet collection launch deadlines, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery. with the production team to ensure designs can be realistically and efficiently manufactured.
