Job Summary
JOB DETAILS
Candidate should have a minimum of 02 years above experience in Domestic Kurti Manufacturing Factory as a full time Merchandiser or Merchandising Manager.
Candidate should be capable enough to coordinate with internal teams, jobworkers, suppliers.
Supervising the development of Garments & Communication with customer on sampling and production review and updates.
Monitoring the sourcing process of Fabrics, special accessories & trims.
Responsibilities and Duties
SKILLS REQUIRED
Candidate should have strong analytical skills.
Excellent business communication skills.
Negotiation Skills
Leadership
Team Handling Roles and Responsibilities
Handling buyer accounts, and together with all the merchandising teams and co-ordinate with the factory.
Planning and managing timely delivery of trims and fabric through a robust ordering and follow up process.
Effective integration with other related departments like fabric, sourcing, cutting, and sewing.
Achieving In time Shipment Dates.
Qualifications and Skills
Atleast 1 year of experience.
Technical knowledge of designing and management.
