Job Description – Freelance Swimwear Fashion Designer (Part time/freelance)– Bangalore Position: Freelance Swimwear Fashion Designer Location: Bangalore (freelance /Part-Time) Brand: Stylish Swimwear + Athleisure E-Commerce Startup Experience: 2–5years preferred About the Role We are building a bold, stylish, and high-quality swimwear and athlesure brand for the Indian market. We need an experienced swimwear fashion designer who can create trendy, flattering,and cute designs suitable for multiple body types. Responsibilities • Design modern, stylish, and functional swimwear collections (bikinis, one-pieces, cover-ups, resort sets) • Develop tech packs, CAD sketches, and fabric recommendations • Create silhouettes that balance aesthetic appeal and fit support for Indian consumers • Research global swimwear trends, prints, colours, and materials • Work with the brand on moodboards, visual direction & collection planning • Coordinate with sampling/tailoring teams for prototype development • Ensure the final designs are premium, trendy, and commercially solid Requirements • 3–5 years experience in swimwear and athlesure wear (mandatory) • Strong understanding of stretch fabrics, fits, padding, lining, and closures • Ability to create stylish, viral-worthy, bold & classy cute gym wears • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/ procreate • Knowledge of pattern making, grading, and technical construction .Must be based in Bangalore or able to attend occasional in-person meetings What We Offer • Freelance, flexible timings • Prospect to shape India’s next-gen swimwear / athlesure brand • Creative freedom to develop unique, fashion-forward pieces • Attractive freelance compensation + long-term engagement fashiondesigner #experienced #hiringfashiondesigner swimwearfashiondesigner #hirefashiondesigner
