• Create original clothing designs in line with the brand's identity and seasonal themes.
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting to inspire designs and stay competitive.
• Sketch designs (by hand or using CAD software) and present concepts to the creative team.
• Select fabrics, trims, and color palettes for each collection.
• Work closely with pattern makers and sample makers to develop prototypes.
• Make adjustments to designs based on feedback, fit sessions, and manufacturing limitations.
