Your main responsibilities will include designing creative and trendy girls dresses in the kidswear category, developing seasonal collections from concept to final product, working with fabrics, trims, and embellishments, researching market trends, colors, and consumer preferences, and creating detailed tech packs and overseeing sampling.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing girls" dresses in the kidswear industry, a strong understanding of fabrics, colors, and embellishments, proficiency in design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop, the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable products, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
