• Source eco-friendly fabrics, trims, and finishings — working closely with responsible vendors.
• Collaborate with tech and sourcing teams to ensure efficient and ethical production processes.
• Translate mood boards and seasonal themes into functional, well-constructed designs.
• Ensure sampling timelines are met with consistent quality benchmarks.
