Position: Fashion Designer – Men’s Shirts
Location: Pologround, Indore | Company: DLT Pvt. Ltd.
Role:
We need an independent, creative designer to handle the entire men’s shirt design process – from concept to final sample. The candidate should be bold in decision-making and confident in seeking approvals directly from directors.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end design development (concepts, fabric, trims, samples).
Market research & trend analysis.
Prepare sketches/CADs/tech packs. (Preferable)
Coordinate with sampling & production teams.
Present and defend design decisions to management.
Requirements:
Fashion design degree/diploma.
2–4 years in menswear (shirts preferred).
Strong fabric & styling knowledge.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW/Illustrator/Photoshop (preferred).
Independent, bold, and confident communicator.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
