?What You'll Do:
• Assist senior designers in developing seasonal collections, from ideation to sampling
• Support in sketching, moodboard creation, fabric swatch selection, and tech pack preparation
• Coordinate with the sampling and merchandising teams for product development & fittings
• Help in print placements, embroidery layouts, and design documentation
• Research trends, colors, and silhouettes suited for Indian ethnic and Indo-Western kidswear
• Participate in creative brainstorming for new product lines and social media styling shoots
?What We're Looking For:
• A student or recent graduate from NIFT, Pearl, or a reputed fashion institute
• Strong design sensibility and love for Indian textiles and kids fashion
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to think creatively yet practically when designing for babies and toddlers

This is an on-site role at our Gurgaon office. Preference will be given to candidates based in NCR or who can relocate.
