Job Description
We are seeking two lead designers, one for men's and one for women's collections, to join our team at The Limited Reserve. As a founding designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and future product roadmap.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Ideate and shape concepts by leading workshops and mood-boarding that combine streetwear with unexpected aesthetics.
• Design precise and detailed sketches, drape studies, fabric experiments, and full tech packs using Adobe Illustrator, Procreate or CLO 3D.
• Collaborate with pattern-makers, artisans, and manufacturers to bring each limited-run sample to life.
• Refine every detail by overseeing fittings, tweaking garment patterns, and perfecting finishes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 3+ years of experience in luxury, streetwear and high-end fashion design (men's or women's).
• Technical mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, CLO 3D, pattern-making, draping & fabric manipulation.
• A portfolio that tells a story of bold fusions, impeccable craftsmanship, and modern-mythic flair.
• Values that align with ours: collaborative, detail-obsessed, and driven to experiment with new aesthetics.
• Local presence in Ahmedabad (or surrounding area) with readiness to work on-site.
