You are a creative and passionate designer with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Your adaptability and commitment to delivering high-quality designs set you apart.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the creative vision for Cactus Clo’s apparel, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market demands.
• Conceptualize designs, conduct fittings, and work cross-functionally through the design process.
• Select fabrics, create patterns, and construct garments to produce high-quality, on-trend pieces.
• Present seasonal concepts and prototype product presentations with effective communication skills.
• Create digital artworks and sketches.
Requirements and Skills
• Knowledge of garment construction and fabrication.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Degree in Design (preferably from NIFT, NID, FIT-NYC, LCF/CSM-London).
• Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Understanding of trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support.
• Detail-oriented approach to design execution and quality.
• Excellent management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to innovate within design constraints.
